hi kira you asked me to write this. im not insane i promise trigger warning for this one guy named ww**iibll****rrrr soot karlity is a ship in the minecraft community involving karl jacobs and quackity. they're also called honq or honk duo for some reason (though karlity sounds better). they are a canon relationship in the dream smp lore. today i am here to talk about why karlity is superior to any other ship, but most specifically tnt duo / quackbur for context, quackbur / tnt duo is a ship name for quackity and wilbur soot. they are not canon in the dream smp lore, but are at some point canon to the qsmp lore (even if later on wilbur soot is removed from that smp for obvious reasons) here is the top reason why karlity is superior: -it doesnt involve a real life abuser in addition to that obvious statement, tnt duo just fucking sucks in every way shape or form. the shippers suck, all they do is sexualize the content creators and romanticize abuse. c!quackbur is inherently a toxic relationship, specially post las nevadas c!quackbur. c!wilbur is an insane man and c!quackity is also an insane man with trust and attachement issues. in no way is this guy falling in love with the person he hates the most. another reason they wouldnt ever ever be together is that quackity has bigger issues than to go around wanting to get with wilbur soot. the guy runs (or ran. hes dead now) a fucking country and has to deal with the grief of losing his best friend mr slimecicle while also being all depressed about not being able to find love or wherever the hell his attachement issues come from. anyway. karlity is superior. not only is it canon, its also not sexualized fan service. and not only that, it makes good angst as well (if you dont like the lovey stuff,) ignoring c!sapnap, karl and quackity's lore complement eachothers. karl forgets quackity and quackity feels betrayed. that wouldnt work with tnt duo because quackity hated him from the beggining. that shit doesnt even produce good angst you know what i mean. you cant be betrayed by someone you want to skin alive. forgetting someone that you hate wouldnt be that big of a deal. the angst coming from tnt duo is 100% created around other ships / people. c!wilbur is a manipulator who'd manipulate quackity with either las nevadas, who he has no possession of (and honestly, it even gets destroyed at the end by quackity himself), or other people, who even if quackity wants to convince himself he hates, hes attached in some way or another (think schlatt, think tommy, think karl and sapnap) but if you do like the lovey stuff, boo! you cant have that either with tnt duo. the fact that they hate eachother is enough to justify why you cant have it with them. why would you want to ship two people for the whole purpose of them donig stuff theyd never do? why defy the canon for your own fantasies? whats the point of shipping two characters if youre going out of your way to mischaracterize them? why make c!quackity a softie and c!wilbur a charmer? and i talked about the shippers, too. they're some of the most self centered people i've ever seen. "whats your favorite underrated ship in the dsmp?" someone asked on twitter. some maniac replied "tnt duo" brother look around. KARLITY is more underrated that tnt duo, and its canon!!!!!not to mention the amount of lore these people dont know (but honestly, what would you expect from people who change the lore in their favor?) karlitys just better. they have a good balance of angsty lore, as well as fluff or even moer than that if you look deep enough. hell, i'll even go out of my way to say the whole las nevadas arc wouldnt have happened if it awsnt for karl(napity and george). if it wasnt for el rapids (aka karls involved), he wouldnt have made it to begin with. and plus, the whole betrayal from quackitys prespective just makes sense. it wouldnt make sense for him to turn around and date this guy who he hates sure you could argue that c!wilbur would manipulate him into thinking he loves him. but would quackity fall for that? would he really? i mean, specially after slime's death. he's not going to let anyone he hates near him, is he? would wilbur even have the chance? of course fucking not tnt duo sucks and thats the end of it. it was solely created to please fans and sexualize content creators. ship karlity #karlity2025 ps: i was asked to do this, if you see this pls dont think insaen PLEAE.
